At Dialled we are absolutely committed to health and safety. We want everyone to have the best time, but never sacrificing safety to do so..
All of our park comply with the Australia Trampoline Association Code of Compliance.
We achieve our high safety goals in a number of ways and we’ve listed them all below for you to check out…
However no matter what precautions we take we need to acknowledge that some risk still exists. To that end we need all jumpers to sign a waiver (just once).
Our part to keep you safe
With a superior product
All our trampolines, safety pads and bounce mats are made with the best materials right here in New Zealand (in Tauranga). This not only supports our local communities; but also allows us top level quality control with our HQ located in the same town! Once they hit our parks our tramp guards take over and we have them safety checked daily and maintained to the highest standard.
With Tramp Lifeguards
Our Tramp Monitors are our number one investment. They are not just there to look pretty, they’re actively monitoring, engaging and sensing trouble. We don’t just react, our staff, predict and prevent.
With Rules and Regulations
Yep the boring stuff…. These are communicated to every jumper with a safety briefing video before every jumping session. It sounds un-cool but these are what allow everyone to have a good time and the mums and dads to be able to relax.
Behind the scenes
We have lots of wheels churning in the background.. these include daily safety checks, maintenance records, operation manual, accident procedures, everything we can to ensure that the park keeps to the highest standard and are staff knowledgeable and trained in keeping the park safe and keeping our jumpers safe
